Group study rooms

There are 10 group study rooms available in The Professors’ Corridor. These can be reserved for informal educational activities in the framework of studies or work, such as group assignments, discussing papers, small-scale meetings, online meetings.

Who can make a reservation?

All registered users UGent and association UGent, registered library visitors and alumni

How to make a reservation?

• Step 1: Choose your group study room, starting time and duration of the reservation.
• Step 2: Add your email address and the names of the people who will be present during the reservation to the form.
• Step 3: Go to your mailbox and confirm your reservation.
• Step 4: Check in at the information point at the start of the booking period to confirm your arrival and to pick up your room key. In return we ask for your UGent- or librarycard as deposit.
